Harvest family,

We as your pastors are looking forward to gathering with you on Sunday for our Facility Expansion Town Hall. For several years now, we have been praying and preparing for the day when the Lord would provide us with the ability to expand our facility. We are hopeful and expectant that that day is finally drawing near.

Over the past several months, the facility expansion committee has been meeting for the purpose of planning our fundraising efforts, organizing our pledge campaign, and preparing marketing materials to clearly communicate the plan and vision for our building project.

At the same time, we have begun to meet more consistently with AMDG architects and First Companies to clarify and solidify the scope and plan of our project.

As a reminder, below is a basic outline of how we are hoping this project will impact our worship and discipleship ministries as a church family:

• Worship
• Large Flex-Space Adult Classrooms will create a much better worship overflow experience
• An expanded foyer will improve our ability to fellowship in-between services and allow us more space for larger events like weddings or funerals.
• Discipleship
• Adult classrooms will provide us with the space to build up and equip the saints at Harvest for ministry

In addition to this base plan, we are also praying for the Lord to provide us with the funds to take on an additional stretch expansion of our office wing and our children’s classrooms.

Your Partnership

We are so grateful to the Lord for those of you who have already given sacrificially to this project, and to those of you who have made pledges to give towards this work.

On Sunday, we hope to give an update of how close we are to our fundraising goal, and what we are still praying for the Lord to provide as we head into the Fall.

Please join us on Sunday for this town-hall meeting, and stay afterwards for a time of fellowship during our potluck.

We are asking all Harvest members to please consider submitting a response to the pledge cards that were sent out by August 17^th, 2025.
