In a moment everything can change. Everything.

Loss is one of life’s inescapable realities. It forces us to realize that even the good things we want and enjoy are fragile, temporary and unrecoverable. As Christians, we know our sorrows are to be transformed into something deeply and eternally good. But sometimes our loss is so great that our experience drowns out all truth and all hope.

Yet in our loss, God pours out his love in Christ Jesus. And in God’s timing, he intends his love to overflow and spill into the lives of others around us. He comforts us in our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those in their affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

This curriculum from Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF) faculty members features keynote video messages and guided discussions and is offered by Harvest’s Love & Truth Counseling Ministry. Our aim is to provide you with a biblical framework for understanding loss, and to equip you to give wise help as you walk alongside others who suffer loss. To learn more, contact Pastor Greg.

Please RSVP by May 1. In-person only.
